Lease of educational plots for a term of 80 years for development of educational purposes. The plots are intended to be disposed of by inviting e-Auction from eligible bidders through Public Notice. The successful bidder would be required to enter into an Agreement and the Lease Deed with PMRDA. The land shall be utilized for educational purposes only, and the allottee shall provide necessary infrastructure including power supply, water supply, drainage, solar water heating systems, and rainwater harvesting. |
