Civil and structural contract for Miscellaneous Civil Works in Plant & Township Areas in RFCL Site, Ramagundam under Phase-II scheme Civil and Structural Works Contract for Miscellaneous Civil Works in Plant & Township Area, RFCL Ramagundam Under Phase-II Scheme., Quantity, Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 15 cm In depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) Including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as Idirected by Engineer-in-charge., All kinds of soil, Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), Including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50, All kinds of soil Carriage of material, Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved., CARRIAGE OF earth by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking beyond 50m and upto 1km, Deduct 20% of measurement for looseness, if calculate from vehicle size by trip. CARRIAGE OF earth by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking beyond 1km and upto 2km, Deduct 20% of measurement for looseness, if calculate from vehicle size by trip. CARRIAGE OF earth by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking beyond 2km and upto 3km, Deduct 20% of measurement for looseness, if calculate from vehicle size bÿ trip. Back filling/filling and compaction, Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by Tramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m., Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete., Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base / base course on well-prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge., Plan cement concrete work-cement shall be Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level, 124 (1 cement 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 4 graded stone Faggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), 4.01.2, 136 (1 Cement 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; Including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carrlage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finlshing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete., 4.02.1 4.02.1.1 4.02.1.2, All works upto plinth level, concrete of M15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg /cum,
